Once in the elevator, one neighbour opened up to me.Neighbour: ”The elevator was just under renovation and it still does not work. GOD DAMN IT, THIS HOUSE IS CRAZY!”
Me: I am beginning to agree with the neighbour. The laundry room does not always work, the garbage disposal CERTAINLY DOES NOT work, and one other neighbour already lost the key to the society room, too. God damn it, this house is crazy indeed.”

”Today our house had water cut for nine hours because of a renovation thing.”The cut was announced in notes on door and elevators already a couple of days before the date.
Note: ”Please note, water will be cut on 9th of July, 2015 from 9 am to 6 pm because blah blah”
I prepared pretty well.Three buckets for flushing the toilet.
One bowl for washing hands.
One and half liters for drinking.But then I got called to work.
”Well, it is almost nine, I better hurry up.”
[Washing machine noises from upstairs neighbour]
Me thinking: ”I wonder how neighbour’s laundry is going to turn out? Water will be cut soon.”Bonus: Osku helps with my laundry.

I went to take out some trash.[mixed waste]
Me: ”…”
[bio waste][There is a glass bottle and plastic bags in bio waste.]
Me thinking: ”I don’t have spoons for this…”
Me: ”Huh?”
[Plastic bag full of paper and some misc crap in collectible paper bin]
[collectible paper – no plastic, please]Me: ”…”
Me thinking: ”I can’t stand this!”
Me: ”If someone knows how to teach a house full of inept people to sort their waste, let me know…

”To avoid thinking of negative things, I wanted to tell you about my favourite nuts.”When I was a kid, I hated nuts.
Only at adult age I have learned to eat peanuts, cashews and Brazil nuts…
Today I discovered a thing, while I was doing background research.
”Not even one of the aforementioned nuts is an actual nut.
Well, I knew about the peanut already. It is related to peas.
But the rest are also seeds of fruit and drupes.
It means I still have not learned to eat nuts.”

Have I ever told you how simple household chores make me feel like a super human?”For example, I made a couple of rounds to the garbage shed.

I also cleaned up the attic closet appointed to our apartment.”Oh, for fuck’s sake!”
[NOT our furniture (broken)]
[Trashbag full of NOT our trash]I put the bad go round and moved the broken furniture to another unlocked closet.
”Hnnngh!”
But on another note, I would not have gotten it to a recycling point on my own either.
Our closet also had shards of glass (bottles, broken).
”Oh, for fuck’s sake!”
Luckily I got the shards cleaned up and a lock to the closet door.At home, I washed the floors.
But not very well.
”And everyone is going to see that smudge!”Osku helped by dropping my dried up marjoram to a water bucket.
