Me: ”There is one thing I loathe! People who diss and are unkind!””I mean people who – apparently – can’t say anything nice about anything.”
Me: ”Look, how fine scarf Kata made me!”
D. Unkind: ”Well, you probably should not try to do anything like that!”
”I was interested in knitting works back in the day.
…Not anymore.”Me: ”I have been so excited about the new colouring books!”
D. Unkind: ”Well, I don’t get why an adult just could not use colouring books aimed for kids…”
Me thinking: ”I think these are nice…”
Me: ”I have no idea, what kind of twisted satisfaction do these unkind people get, when they see someone else’s zeal to wither and die!?”Me: ”I could expect such dissing and unkindness from children and teenagers, but not from adult human beings!”
D. Unkind: ”You are being oversensitive again. People are allowed to have an opinion.”
Me: ”With more supportive attitude you might have more friends!”D. Unkind: ”As if, maybe…”
Me: ”Sensitive personality is not a bad thing and I have the right to protect myself. I will not be willing to listen to such dissing and unkindness anymore!”
Me: ”You have NO power over me!”

Happened yesterday:Me thinking: ”I feel awful… I don’t think I have the energy to go to the shower or cook food.”
Me thinking: ”Oh well, I got some salad done. Maybe I’ll go to the shower too.”
Later the same day:Me: ”I can take over here, since it is already three minutes until four pm.”
Co-Worker: ”Okay!”
Co-Worker: ”I’ll go now. You’re the best!”
Me thinking: ”Um?”
Customer 1: ”And you radiate such friendliness! It is really rare in Helsinki!”Me thinking: ”Um?”
Customer 2: ”You speak good English!”
Me: ”Well, I practice a lot!”
Me thinking: ”Is the universe trying to say that I am quite okay, anyway?”

Garlic parsley sauce”Actually, a modified version of béarnaise.”
Raw materials
– 2 yolks
– 1 teaspoon of rice vinegar
– 1 teaspoon of shredded parsley
– 2 small cloves of garlic, or one medium sized
– 125 grams of butter in small cubes
– 1 teaspoon of lemon juiceUtensils
– Kettle
– Knife
– plastic bowl
– whisk
– teaspoons for measuring
”Separate yolks from egg whites to an extra cup. Whites can be used in meringue. Cube the butter.””Add parsley, vinegar and crushed garlic to the yolks.”
”Pour some water to the kettle and put it on the stove to heat.”
”Sauce is heated in the hot water bath while being mixed. Butter cubes are added one at a time until the sauce thickens.”
Lemon juice is added after all the butter cubes have been added and melted to the sauce.
”Sauce is a good dip for potato wedges.”
”Because of its greasiness, I recommend the sauce to be made just on special days.”
”Later I probably share a recipe for vegan macaroni casserole.”
